Ivan heads our offices in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He is also the head of our Czech and Slovak Corporate and Banking & Finance Groups.

Ivan has significant expertise in corporate, including mergers, corporate reorganisations, liquidations, acquisitions, disposals and takeover bids; and real estate, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, landlord/tenant issues and property development sectors; banking and finance, including acquisitions and project finance, capital markets, insurance and regulatory matters.

Ivan represents both domestic and international clients from a number of industry sectors, including financial services, real estate and construction, energy, oil and gas, information technology, telecommunications and media, automotive, life sciences, aviation, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) as well as government/public sector institutions.
