Saad Alrashed is a dually qualified lawyer, both in England and Wales (as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court) and in Saudi Arabia. He has several years of legal practice experience in both Saudi Arabia and UK; this is in addition to his local legal knowledge having worked at the Bureau of Experts (BOE) at the Council of Ministers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (where he established a new legal research unit and developed the methods and general ethos of the BOE).

• Lead counsel on The Saudi Vetonit Co. Ltd. (Save to) for the establishment of Abu Dhabi factory and R&D unit.

• RAR & Sons Co. general legal counsel with a focus on advising the family owned conglomerate on seeding finance for establishment, acquisition, and later sale of Taib Bank (Bahrain) to Dubai Financial (the financial holding company for Dubai Group).
