Shruti specialises in credit derivatives and has been heavily involved in drafting almost all of the standard documentation in this area over the last decade (including, most recently, the 2014 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions). She also advises on credit events and deliverability questions under consideration by the ISDA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees.

Shruti is the Head of Fuse, Allen & Overy's tech innovation space.

Shruti has recently completed the FT Diploma in Non-Executive Directorships, the Section 9(4) Judicial Support Scheme and Google Campus' Startup School.
