Minh is a Vietnamese qualified lawyer who has experience of a wide range of commercial and corporate finance transactions including foreign investment, M&A transactions, project finance, banking and other general corporate matters. Minh’s experience prior to joining A&O in 2018 includes positions at top Vietnamese law firms, as an in-house counsel for a joint venture of Canal+ in Vietnam and a 5-month secondment to the legal and compliance department of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Hanoi branch.
