Hoang is a Vietnamese qualified lawyer who graduated from Hanoi Law University and obtained master of law degree (LLM) from University of the West of England, the United Kingdom. Hoang practised for reputable law firms in Vietnam before joining A&O in 2017. He has experience in advising clients in foreign investment, M&A transactions, joint ventures and other general corporate matters, securities and banking acquisition deals.
