Prior to joining the Bangkok office, Doungporn was previously a counsel within the Banking and Finance group of a multinational U.K.−headquartered law firm in Bangkok.

Doungporn is a counsel in the banking practice of our Bangkok office where she has considerable experience in advising on debt and equity capital markets transactions. This includes local and cross-border debt and equity securities offerings, MTN programme establishment and drawdowns, offerings of structured products, liability management exercises, local and cross-border stock exchange listings, IPOs, infrastructure funds and REITs. 

Doungporn regularly advises banks, financial institutions and securities companies in their capacity as arrangers/underwriters or financial advisors, and major listed and non-listed companies, as issuers, in a diverse range of business sectors including energy, oil and gas, automotive, telecommunications, finance and securities related businesses.
