Roman Bärwaldt advises both German and international clients on corporate law including M&As, restructurings, demergers and change of form. His clients include international concerns, listed companies as well as middle-sized and owner-managed companies. His practice also includes dealing with the corresponding corporate law and property-related notary requirements. Prior to joining Taylor Wessing, Roman Bärwaldt was the founding partner of the Berlin office of a large international law firm.
